What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? Personnel Administration
* Manage employment contracts, personnel files, and labor documentation.
* Administer attendance control, vacations, leaves, and medical absences.
* Manage subsidies, beneficiaries, and other administrative personnel processes.
Payroll and Labor Compliance
* Prepare payroll registers and social benefits reports.
* Calculate overtime, taxes, vacations, CTS, bonuses, and severance payments.
* Submit declarations via PLAME and AFP Net.
* Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications in T\-Register.
* Ensure compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation.
Recruitment and Selection
* Post job openings on various job boards.
* Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations.
* Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Organizational Climate and Development
* Address issues related to organizational climate and conflict resolution.
* Coordinate performance evaluations.
* Organize training and employee development programs.
Safety and Compliance
* Support implementation and updating of the MOF, RIT, and other labor-related documents.
* Provide support for activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
Requirements
* University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in similar roles.
* Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
* Experience in payroll preparation and personnel administration.
* Proficiency in PLAME, AFP Net, and T\-Register.
* Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
* Experience using Human Resources management software.
* Leadership, organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
* Prior experience in retail or food service industries is desirable.
Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per month
