Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and payroll management, ensuring regulatory compliance. Preparation of key personnel management reports A bakery company dedicated to producing food products is looking for personnel to join our team. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * **Residence in areas adjacent to Huachipa.** * **Three years of experience in the position.** * Intermediate-level Office proficiency * Results-oriented * Communication skills at all levels. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and commercial staff. * Supervise onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees. * Administer employment contracts, personnel files, vacations, leaves, and document control. * Supervise accurate payroll processing, social benefits, and labor obligations. * Supervise attendance, tardiness, permissions, medical leaves, and personnel control. * Verify calculations for CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacations, profits, and severance payments. * Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of remuneration information. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Prepare reports on turnover, absenteeism, and personnel management. * Manage disciplinary actions in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations. * Monitor payroll discrepancies and validate overtime hours and deductions. **Schedule**: Monday \- Saturday, 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM **Benefits:** Bonus, CTS, and vacation pay.
