Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Analyst to manage and support our clinic's technological infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Today, we seek talent for the following position: **Information Technology (IT) Analyst** *Main Responsibilities:* * Manage and provide support for the clinic’s technological infrastructure, networks, devices, and systems. * Manage hardware, software, servers, connectivity, users, and access permissions. * Provide support for clinical and administrative systems, as well as devices and interfaces related to patient care. * Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, backups, and operational continuity. * Manage technological incidents and coordinate with specialized vendors. * Maintain up-to-date inventory, documentation, and technological architecture of the clinic. *Academic Qualifications:* * Technical or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. *Required Knowledge:* * Networks, communications, and technological infrastructure. * Administration of hardware, software, operating systems, and servers. * Cybersecurity, access management, data backup, and information recovery. * Technical support and incident resolution. * Preferred knowledge of healthcare information systems, electronic health records, RIS/PACS, or other clinical platforms. *Experience:* * Experience in IT support and administration. * Preferred experience in clinics, medical centers, or other healthcare facilities. *Notes:* * Immediate availability (mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. \- 5\_00 p.m. (mandatory) * Ability to respond to technological incidents and contingencies.
