We are currently expanding and seeking a **Logistics and Warehouse Professional** to lead and optimize our supply chain, inventory control, and internal distribution of beauty supplies and products. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure continuous availability of high-quality supplies for our stylists and specialists, while maintaining rigorous stock control, supplier management, and cost-efficient storage operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Management:** Supervise stock levels of haircare products, cosmetics, and operational materials; conduct cyclical inventories and periodic audits to ensure 0% stockouts or unsustainable shrinkage. * **Procurement and Supplier Management:** Negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, and pricing with domestic and international suppliers in the aesthetics industry. * **Receiving and Dispatch Control:** Coordinate goods receipt, verify sanitary registrations, expiration dates, and perform packing/dispatch to our internal departments or branches. * **Process Optimization:** Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehousing, product rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and logistics costs. * **ERP/Inventory Software Management:** Record and maintain up-to-date entries, exits, and transfers in the management system. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles managing warehouses and inventories (preferably in retail, cosmetology, aesthetics, healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods). * **Key Knowledge:** Proficiency in ERP systems / warehouse software and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * **Competencies:** Strong negotiation skills, high analytical ability, sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Competitive market-based remuneration. * Corporate discounts on our aesthetic services and personal care products. * Professional development opportunities and career progression within a rapidly growing brand. * A collaborative, dynamic, and professional work environment. **Location and Schedule:** * **Location:** Surco, Lima. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday (commercial/administrative schedule to be agreed upon). *If you meet the profile and wish to join a brand that combines logistical excellence with the beauty industry, please apply by submitting your updated CV to 908839161* Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
