Collaborative teamwork with healthcare professionals We are looking for Geriatric Nursing Specialists with a service-oriented mindset, commitment, and experience in caring for older adults to provide holistic care and support their well-being and quality of life. Requirements * Completed nursing studies. * Specialization, training, or experience in geriatrics. * Minimum of 4 years of experience working with older adults. * Experience in caring for and monitoring elderly patients. * Knowledge of medication and treatment administration. * Experience in monitoring vital signs and tracking patient progress. * Ability to identify and communicate changes in patients' health status. * Service orientation, empathy, patience, and respectful treatment toward older adults. * Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive nursing care to older adults. * Monitor and track patients' health status. * Measure and record vital signs and each patient's progress. * Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions. * Identify and promptly report any physical or emotional changes in patients. * Perform wound care and nursing procedures as required by patients' needs. * Assist with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility of older adults when necessary. * Prevent and detect risks such as falls, pressure ulcers, dehydration, and other complications. * Provide care and companionship to patients with cognitive decline or dependency. * Maintain up-to-date nursing records and documentation. * Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate care. * Promote the well-being, autonomy, and quality of life of older adults.
