Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities * Update Wholesale Policies and Standards (Local and Global Transposition). * Monitor and implement recommendations from Internal Audit, External Audit, SBS, Internal Control, and ECB. * Develop rating frameworks for exempted clients. * Draft and update delegation letters (branch and risk). * Address inquiries regarding delegation letters, standards, processes, etc. * Update the Promoter Client database. * Deliver presentations to the Risk Management Committee (RMC). * Manage the Watchlist (WL) model. * Generate Weekly Holding Reporting. * Prepare/review slides for the Risk Review. * Update Stage 1 and 2 management databases\. * Update the ANS dashboard. * Develop the Volume Dashboard and Rating Dashboard. * Schedule CTO and CEC Committees (Technical Secretariat). * Evaluate and approve Credit Risk Analysis Requests (ARCEs) for the Corporate Banking segment, proposed by business units (e.g., Corporate Banking Executives). Requirements **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * Approximately 3 years of professional experience required. * Experience in the banking sector. * Experience in Retail Risk workflows and processes (Individual Risk Acceptance). **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools. * Knowledge of Retail Risk processes. * Excellent writing skills. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
