Strong knowledge of mixology and current trends in cocktail culture **Bartender — VIP Lounge at Jorge Chávez International Airport** **Ambaar Lounge · Callao, Peru · Full-time · Rotating shifts** At Ambaar Lounge, we operate the new VIP lounge at Jorge Chávez International Airport and are looking for a **Bartender** with solid mixology expertise, passion for service, and commitment to excellence. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and original creations, ensuring quality and impeccable presentation. * Develop and update the seasonal cocktail menu, incorporating innovative recipes aligned with industry trends. * Deliver efficient, personalized, and high-standard service to lounge passengers. * Monitor beverage and supply inventory, placing timely orders to maintain optimal stock levels. * Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with current hygiene regulations. **Requirements** * Technical or university education in Bartending, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of bartender experience (experience in hospitality, upscale bars, or restaurants is a plus). * Intermediate English * Solid knowledge of mixology and current trends in cocktail culture. * Advanced English (mandatory due to the international passenger profile). * Availability to work in Callao on rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Monthly payments · EPS 30%.
