We seek a creative, strategic, and results-oriented profile, capable of integrating graphic design, digital advertising, and promotional material development within a holistic brand vision. Key Responsibilities: * Design graphic content for social media, digital advertising campaigns, and institutional assets. * Create, update, and adapt labels and packaging, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity. * Develop audiovisual content, including animations and videos for digital media. * Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms. * Monitor key performance metrics (conversions, CPL, ROI, among others) and analyze results. * Prepare periodic reports with improvement and optimization proposals. * Coordinate the production of POP materials and merchandise, managing suppliers and delivery timelines. * Organize and maintain up-to-date digital files and resources for the department. Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Proven experience in graphic design and packaging development. * Advanced proficiency in tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop. * Experience in editing and creating animated videos. * Knowledge of digital campaign management and optimization. * Organized, proactive profile with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
