Positive work environment and clothing discounts A women's textile company is looking for a creative, organized, and technically competent Fashion Designer to join our team and participate in developing collections aligned with our brand identity. REQUIREMENTS: * On-site work in the La Victoria area * Fashion Design studies * Minimum 1 year of experience * Knowledge of pattern-making processes, fabrics, and garment construction * Full-time availability * Proficiency in design tools * Knowledge of styling and/or visual merchandising (desirable) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and development of seasonal collections * Development of technical specifications * Selection of fabrics, trims, and materials * Interaction with suppliers and sourcing proposals * Workshop follow-up * Styling support for photoshoots or campaigns (Shootings) BENEFITS: * S/.1,350 to S/.1,500 monthly * Biweekly payments * Formal payroll registration with benefits starting the first month * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. * Creative freedom * Professional and economic growth * Additional bonus for successful collections * Positive work environment * Clothing discounts.
