Job Summary: Supervises and audits merchandisers and installation drivers for display units, coordinating with the team and the brand's sales supervisor to ensure product implementation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompanying and supervising installation teams for display units. 2. Coordinating with the assigned team and the brand's sales supervisor. 3. Handover of information and compilation of daily reports. Field Supervisor Accompanying, supervising, and auditing merchandisers and installation drivers for a well-known bakery brand's display units in horizontal-channel stores across Metropolitan Lima. Route and loaner equipment delivery at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, at the brand's CIDI facility. Continuous coordination with the assigned team and the brand's sales supervisor to ensure product implementation and placement within installed display units. Information handover at points of sale. Daily compilation and submission of loaner equipment records, photographic reports, and related data for each installation via an online form. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,080.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
