




Position Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to create promotional materials, branding assets, and digital content, while also supporting IT-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stand, event, and internal communication material design 2. Creation of social media-optimized assets 3. Proficiency in editing tools and design concepts Negotiate SAC — an importing and exporting commercial company specializing in raw materials, reagents, laboratory equipment, and more — is currently seeking a Graphic Design Assistant. Requirements: Minimum one year of professional experience performing the duties described. Graduate of a technical program in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, or related field. Intermediate proficiency in COREL DRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory). Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and other editing tools. Proficiency in photographic camera operation, video filming, and video editing. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Intermediate Excel skills and intermediate English proficiency. Willingness to learn basic IT tasks (to be performed when no design work is pending). Residence in areas near La Molina and availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:36 p.m. Responsibilities: Create stand and event materials (banners, vinyls, backdrops). Design promotional and product/brand launch assets, as well as internal corporate communication materials. Develop merchandising materials (t-shirts, mugs, keychains, etc.). Create social media-optimized assets (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), adapting format and messaging for each platform. Publish and schedule content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Review basic metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, clicks) to report on content performance. Update website content including images, banners, text, photo galleries, events, and announcements. Photographic and video coverage for events (ability to capture key moments). Support in designing labels for requesting departments according to established format, enabling printing by the warehouse department. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and event spaces both inside and outside the company. Support the IT department when no design tasks are pending (training will be provided). Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that are inherent to the position and work area, aimed at achieving departmental objectives. Benefits: Full payroll from day one. Profit-sharing.
