




Position Summary: Banaty's graphic designer and digital retoucher will create and develop visual assets for digital communication, as well as enhance the visual quality of content through photographic post-production skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of the brand's graphic line for collections and merchandising. 2. Photographic retouching while preserving the brand's DNA. 3. Collaboration with the marketing team on visual campaigns. Banaty's graphic designer and digital retoucher will be responsible for creating and developing visual assets for the brand's digital communication, as well as possessing photographic post-production skills to enhance the visual quality of content. Responsibilities: • Creation of the graphic line for collections based on the concept proposed by the art direction. • Creation of designs for packaging, labels, and brand merchandising. • Ensuring visual consistency of the brand across all communication channels. • Photographic retouching while preserving the brand's DNA. • Management of the entire photographic material stock. • Graphic trend coolhunting to propose attractive ideas for the brand. • Collaboration with the marketing team on the execution of visual campaigns and strategies. • Development and enhancement of the brand's identity. • Support and implementation of instructions from the immediate supervisor. Requirements: • Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in fashion or retail). • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. • Ability to work on multiple projects with attention to detail. • Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with Banaty's brand identity.
