Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to develop visual assets for digital and print media that strengthen our brand and attract students. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop creative graphic assets for digital and print media. 2. Create visual content for social media. 3. Ensure visual consistency and correct application of the brand guidelines. **Graphic Designer** At the **Maria Auxiliadora University**, an institution committed to academic excellence and educational innovation, we are looking for a **creative, strategic, and results-oriented Graphic Designer** who will contribute to strengthening our brand and student recruitment campaigns. **Job Objective** To develop creative and strategic graphic assets for digital and print media, aligned with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and student recruitment goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Design assets for digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Display). * Create visual content for social media (posts, carousels, reels, stories). * Design institutional materials: brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, merchandise. * Adapt visual styles per academic program and seasonal campaigns. * Propose creative visual concepts aligned with institutional identity. * Edit basic audiovisual assets (reels, promotional clips). * Ensure visual consistency and correct application of the brand guidelines. * Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing design. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere, CapCut, or similar). * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work toward defined objectives. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Participation in high-impact educational campaigns.
