Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic design professional to develop branding, packaging, and merchandising proposals, collaborating with commercial and production teams. Proficiency in design and 3D visualization tools. **What We Are Looking For?** A creative yet strategic individual—someone who not only designs but also proposes ideas, concepts, and visual solutions aligned with client needs. **Responsibilities** * Development of branding and packaging proposals * Creation of concepts for merchandising and retail collections * Production of 3D mockups and visual presentations * Collaboration with commercial and production departments * Adaptation of designs according to materials and manufacturing processes **What We Expect From You?** * Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in product development design. * Solid knowledge of materials, production processes, and technical feasibility criteria. * Proficiency in design tools, including 3D mockup development and visualization. * Strong aesthetic judgment and conceptual thinking oriented toward brand and user. * Proactive profile with a consultative approach and ability to interact across departments. * Ability to lead creative proposals, generating innovative and strategic ideas.
