Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing and Digital Design Analyst to strengthen our brand, optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment among design, advertising, and business outcomes. We are looking for a Marketing and Digital Design Analyst who combines creativity with analytical thinking to enhance brand positioning and improve campaign performance. We seek a candidate with strong visual judgment, strategic focus, and the ability to manage projects in an organized manner—ensuring consistency across design, advertising, and business results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design graphic assets for social media, digital campaigns, and institutional materials. * Create and adapt product labels and packaging, adhering to technical and brand guidelines. * Develop animated videos and dynamic visual content for digital platforms. * Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversions, cost per result, ROI). * Prepare reports and propose data-driven improvement actions. * Coordinate production of merchandise and promotional materials, including vendor research and follow-up. * Manage and organize digital assets and departmental files. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Experience in graphic design and label development. * Proficiency with tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop. * Experience creating animated videos (After Effects, CapCut, or similar). * Practical knowledge of digital advertising (Meta and Google). * Analytical ability, planning skills, and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Direct involvement in brand development. * Positive work environment and teamwork.
