We are currently seeking a **Marketing Assistant**. **Job Objective:** To plan, manage, and execute the company’s marketing, communication, and corporate event strategies, ensuring brand positioning (both externally and internally), proper budget administration, and oversight of external vendors. **Requirements:** * University graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or professional in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles (preferably within corporate, engineering, or B2B sectors). * Strategic marketing planning, corporate communications, and budget management experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software. * Experience in organizing and managing corporate events logistics. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in defining and executing the organization’s strategic marketing plan. * Manage and supervise the external marketing agency’s services, validating content and ensuring timely execution of campaigns and social media activities. * Supervise and support the creation of visual and audiovisual content (reels, posts, podcasts, videos, merchandise, brochures, etc.) related to our services. * Plan, organize, and manage all types of corporate events, coordinating logistics, quotations, budgets, and performance measurement. * Manage public relations, strategic alliances, and collaborations with universities, institutes, brands, and third parties. * Ensure consistent corporate image for internal and external clients by monitoring digital media publications. * Plan and execute institutional campaigns (informational, preventive, educational) and propose innovative activities or experiences for employees. * Administer and optimize the department’s budget, prioritizing high-impact commercial initiatives. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Growth opportunity and career path. * Excellent work environment and continuous learning atmosphere.
