REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields**. * Experience in **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**. * Knowledge of **IPERC, ATS, work permits, and risk management**. * Familiarity with Peruvian OHS regulations. * Experience supervising operational activities, plant operations, and/or facility work. * Proficiency in OHS documentation and reporting. * Availability for on-site work. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise compliance with OHS rules and procedures. * Identify hazards and assess risks associated with operational activities. * Conduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare and verify **IPERC, ATS, and work permits**. * Deliver safety inductions and training to staff. * Report incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * Verify proper use of PPE. * Support the management and updating of OHS documentation.
