




Position Summary: POP UP is seeking a PCP Coordinator to transform ideas into experiences, ensuring production efficiency and control in the advertising industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and monitors production orders in the advertising industry. 2. Ensures traceability and proposes improvements to the operational workflow. 3. Tracks deliverables and communicates incidents. We are looking for: **PCP Coordinator** **Requirements** * Technical or university bachelor’s degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in PCP, operations, or production. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control. * Ability to work under pressure and effective communication skills. **What will you do?** * Receive, review, and analyze production and service orders, validating their accuracy with the commercial department. * Coordinate meetings with involved departments to gather, validate, and supplement order-related information. * Collect and monitor the status of orders at each stage of the production process. * Track the fulfillment of deliverables, verifying timelines, progress, and observations. * Timely communicate incidents via email, involving supervisors and management as appropriate. * Manage the delivery of artwork, visuals, or blueprints to production, ensuring proper assignment. * Continuously follow up with area supervisors until product completion and dispatch. * Register and open activities in the system, guaranteeing traceability. * Develop and report planning and control KPIs, analyzing timelines, progress, and deviations. * Coordinate and propose improvements to the operational workflow to optimize production times. **How do we work?** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Location: Cercado de Lima (Near Amauta Coliseum) * Employment Regime: MYPE (Midsize and Small Enterprise) – 50% gratification, CTS, and vacation benefits * Health insurance * Life insurance * EPS (Private Health Insurance) * Payment: Bi-weekly Application Question(s): * In which district do you live? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima?
