Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to co-create strategies and solutions in the Trade Marketing industry, ensuring accurate promotion communication and data collection at retail stores. Ensure brand promotions are communicated correctly 2\. Report any incidents identified at each store 3\. Collect data for guaranteed product reports, promotions, display elements, and stock levels. 4\. Conduct photographic surveys of stores 5\. Stock products on brand-leased fixtures and gondolas 6\. Persuade sales staff to display brands on trays visible to consumers on traditional-format shelves. 7\. Perform route visits within the assigned area. **What profile are we looking for?** 1\. Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser in pharmaceutical, traditional-channel consumer goods, or related sectors. 2\. Strong communication skills at all levels, empathy, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. 3\. Availability to perform route visits. **What do we offer?** 1\. Upon acceptance, we’ll request necessary documents, manage information upload, schedule medical exams, and proceed with contract signing.
