Opportunity for professional development within the company **Would you like to join an innovative and leading brand in artisanal ice cream?** At **Paletas Factory**, we are looking for a **Motorcycle-Based Merchandiser for Order Taking** responsible for managing retail outlets, ensuring proper product display, and maintaining strong customer relationships. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Commercial Management:** * Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets. * Take orders directly at retail outlets and process them for shipment. * Introduce new products and promotions to customers. **Retail Outlet Maintenance:** * Ensure proper product display on shelves, freezers, and special displays. * Monitor in-store stock levels to prevent inventory shortages. * Place POP materials and ensure compliance with promotional strategies. **Brand Promotion:** * Implement promotional activities and communicate current promotions to store managers. * Build strong relationships with retail outlet managers. **Problem Resolution:** * Resolve minor issues related to inventory or orders. * Report any major issues to the relevant supervisor. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or as a merchandiser in the mass-consumption sector. * Prior experience in order taking and inventory management at retail outlets. **Education:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Sales, Marketing, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in digital tools for order taking and reporting. * Knowledge of product display and rotation strategies. **Skills:** * Excellent communication and customer orientation. * Proactivity, organization, and punctuality. **Mobility:** * Must own a **motorcycle** (mandatory). * Valid driver's license and all required documentation in order. **WE OFFER** * **Competitive Compensation:** Fixed salary plus commissions based on goal achievement. * **Benefits:** Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Mobility:** Additional allowance for motorcycle usage. * **Professional Growth:** Opportunity for career advancement within the company.
