We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in imports. **Requirements:** Technical or university studies in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, accounting assistant, or similar role. Must reside in areas adjacent to the San Miguel district. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Proven experience in similar positions, especially in accounting records and imports. **Skills:** Proactivity, analytical thinking, organizational and planning ability, attention to detail, responsibility, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in billing software, issuing payment receipts based on customer purchase orders, verifying customer payment vouchers, accessing bank accounts to confirm incoming payments prior to issuing payment receipts. Daily reporting of income by payment method and monthly summary. Issuance of Shipping Guides, recording of accounting entries. Collaborating with the finance department to prepare the monthly managerial profit and loss report, contributing import revenue data and sharing relevant information from your area to assist finance in preparing the cash flow statement. And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
