We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Audit Analyst**. Specific Responsibilities: * Compliance with policies, regulations, and internal procedures. * Supervision of work teams and operational support. * Execution of operational audits to identify weaknesses or risks. * Review and control of documentation related to assets, inventory, and cash counts. * Preparation of audit reports for the Administration Management, analyzing risks and suggesting improvements. * Coordination and updating of inventory records in inventory management systems. * Accurate control of goods entering and leaving warehouses. * Promotion of staff participation in inventory controls. * Submission of work schedules and travel plans. * Participation in the creation or modification of regulatory documents for the area. * Performance of other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor. **Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in auditing, inventory control, or similar positions. * Knowledge: * Process-based management and internal control. * KPI management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Competencies: Planning, organization, proactivity, teamwork, and effective communication.
