We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **BILLING ASSISTANT** at our Santa Clara branch. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Administration, Accounting, * Experience (1 year in the transportation sector) * Basic Excel proficiency * Strong willingness to learn. * Residence in areas adjacent to Santa Clara\- Ate RESPONSIBILITIES: * Issuing invoices, tax withholdings, credit notes, and debit notes. * Issuing electronic/manual transport guides, IQBF guides, event-based guides, and guide cancellations. * Petty cash control * Documentation management related to transportation (GPS, COLLECTIONS, ETC) * Additional tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
