Stock administration and organization applying the 5S methodology At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are currently seeking a **SITE STOREKEEPER** to join our team for a new construction project in **MIRAFLORES**. Requirements: * Technical education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory). * Proficiency in the S10 software – Warehouse Module (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the construction sector (strictly required). * Knowledge of construction materials (mandatory). * Application of the 5S methodology. Responsibilities: * Assist in recording staff attendance. * Dispatch materials and/or tools, ensuring materials arrive at the site in good condition. * Record income and expenses in the S10 system (Warehouse Module). * Receive and supervise material deliveries to the site from suppliers. * Prepare reports. * Reconcile petty cash. * Manage EPP stock. * Maintain the warehouse properly organized applying the 5S methodology. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
