PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Completed Secondary School Minimum Experience: 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. KNOWLEDGE: \- Basic customer service techniques. \- Basic use of POS systems for order taking and payment processing. \- Hygiene standards and personal presentation requirements. SKILLS: \- Ability to learn \- Initiative \- Ability to work under pressure \- Proactivity \- Teamwork \- Adaptability to change \- Active listening \- Effective communication \- Customer orientation MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Greet and welcome customers cordially and warmly upon arrival. · Provide clear and timely information about dishes, beverages, ingredients, and available promotions. · Listen attentively and accurately record orders in the system or on order slips, verifying allergies, intolerances, or special preferences. · Coordinate with Kitchen Areas 1 and 2 to track order progress, promptly reporting any observations or delays. · Serve food and beverages, verifying presentation, correct order sequence, and completeness of the order. · Monitor customer satisfaction throughout service, addressing requests or inquiries. · Request and coordinate the bill with the cashier area when requested by the customer, validating consumption before closing. · Assist with cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing assigned tables, chairs, and areas before, during, and after service. · Report any incidents, complaints, or situations outside one’s responsibilities to the supervisor or head waiter. · Maintain clean, neat, and complete uniform attire in accordance with LAS CLAUDIAS standards throughout the shift. · Comply with established service, hygiene, food handling, and safety protocols. · Assist in organizing and restocking basic tableware (utensils, glasses, extra plates, etc.) in the dining area before, during, and after service. · Participate in opening and closing activities of the dining area as scheduled.
