Formal employment with statutory benefits A food industry company with nationwide presence and over 30 years in the industrial baking market is searching for top talent for the position of **FINANCE ASSISTANT.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or currently enrolled in the final cycles of Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering programs. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Filters, and Data Organization) and accounting software proficiency (mandatory). * Experience in internal control functions within industrial companies (preferred). * Experience in preparing Financial Statements. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from **8:00 AM to 6:15 PM.** * A committed, proactive, organized, analytical, tolerant professional with participative leadership skills. * Preferably residing in districts near Cercado de Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Review and record petty cash expenditures, ensuring compliance with expense authorization procedures. * Calculate the PRIMO cost for each product (MPD). * Review data required to prepare performance reports (Rebate, Marketing, General Cash Expenses). * Generate the monthly balance sheet. * Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment with statutory benefits (initially under the MYPE payroll regime). * Base salary: S/ 1,150 * Pleasant working environment. * Opportunity to develop professionally in the field.
