Ongoing training and discounts on medical services. ***Clínica Providencia*** is seeking top talent for the position of ***Hospital Admission Executive*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Validate orders in the shared folder used by online admission executives. * Prepare budgets according to the guarantor's fee schedule. * Register requests for guarantee letters in the financier's web application and/or via email. * Monitor the status of guarantee applications with the guarantor. * Coordinate with Medical Audit in cases where applications receive observations. * Address observations regarding guarantee letters with the guarantors. * Record in the shared admission executives' folder a printout of the guarantor's response. * Process extensions of guarantee letters. * Coordinate with various departments for surgical scheduling and physician appointment calendars. * Maintain regular communication with patients to update them on the status of their guarantee letters. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Requirements:*** * Technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience performing similar functions. * Proficiency in the SITEDS system and insurance coverage management. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***Benefits:*** * Salary of S/. 1450 + S/. 100 cash-handling risk allowance, with direct payroll enrollment from day one (timely biweekly and end-of-month payments). * Discounts on medical services for you and your immediate family. * Access to corporate discounts. * Continuous training.
