Job Summary: Clínica Providencia is seeking a Hospital Admission Executive to manage budgets, guarantee-related procedures, and coordinate with medical departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order validation and budget preparation. 2. Coordination with Medical Audit and communication with patients. 3. Processing of guarantee letter extensions. ***Clínica Providencia*** is seeking top talent for the position of ***Hospital Admission Executive*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Validation of orders in the shared folder used by online admission executives. * Preparation of budgets according to the guarantor's fee schedule. * Registration of guarantee letter requests in the financier's web application and/or via email. * Reviewing the status of guarantee letter requests with the guarantor. * Coordination with Medical Audit in cases where requests contain observations. * Addressing guarantee letter observations with guarantors. * Recording the guarantor's response printout in the shared folder used by admission executives. * Processing guarantee letter extensions. * Coordination with various departments for surgical scheduling and physician appointment calendars. * Regular communication with patients to update them on the status of their guarantee letters. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Requirements:*** * Technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Proficiency in the SITEDS system and insurance coverage management. * Intermediate-level Office software skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***Benefits:*** * Salary of S/. 1450 + S/. 100 cash-handling risk allowance, with direct payroll enrollment from day one (timely biweekly and end-of-month payments). * Discounts on medical services for you and your immediate family. * Access to corporate discounts. * Ongoing training opportunities.
