Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Hosts to guide visitors, foster a joyful atmosphere, and ensure safety within our park. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times. **Experience the Mr. Joy Adventure!** We are the best amusement park for adults and children, where you can enjoy all our rides—and we’re looking for top talent to join our family. Currently, we are hiring **Hosts** for our location at **C.C. Rambla \- Breña**. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled/dropped-out university students. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Health certificate for food handling. * Availability to work full-time (48 hours/week), with shifts ending around 10:30 PM. * Residence in Breña or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Warmly welcome guests and provide clear information about park activities and zones. * Guide visitors on the proper use of attractions and games. * Promote a cheerful atmosphere, encouraging children and adults to participate in activities. * Ensure compliance with safety and order regulations within the park. * Identify guest needs and refer them to the appropriate department (first aid, customer service, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. * Perform proper food handling procedures. * Handle cash register operations (cash, credit cards, coupons, etc.). * Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and/or immediate supervisor.
