Job Summary: We are seeking an International Procurement Coordinator to manage the supply plan, develop suppliers, and optimize the international logistics chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the supply plan and development of international suppliers. 2. Negotiates rates and coordinates import logistics. 3. Supervises documentation and analyzes supply chain KPIs. This is your opportunity to join our team **INTERNATIONAL PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR** Send your CV to **jdurand@tagacorp.com.pe** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop the monthly supply plan based on sales history and commercial forecasts, adjusting Safety Stock levels by product category. * Manage relationships with, evaluate, and develop international suppliers (Sourcing). * Audit and select freight forwarders and customs brokers, negotiating international freight rates and free days of demurrage at port. * Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and logistics operators to ensure cargo flow. * Supervise the correct issuance of Bills of Lading (B/L), commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to avoid customs penalties. * Analyze management indicators (KPIs) such as import lead time and purchase cost variance. * Calculate the final landed cost per product, including tariffs, freight, insurance, and port charges, for reporting to Finance. * Monitor purchase order status from factory dispatch at origin through arrival at port/airport, managing early alerts for delays. **Personal Characteristics (Competencies):** * Teamwork. * Persuasive negotiation. * Decision-making. * Analytical and numerical thinking. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Organization and time management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or International Trade. * Knowledge of Demand Planning or Global Sourcing. (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (procurement, international procurement) and 1–2 years in supervisory, managerial, or coordination roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic foreign trade regulations. * Basic finance (exchange rates, costs, cash flow). * Supplier evaluation and development. * Incident management (delays, cost overruns, documentation issues). * Supply planning and replenishment. * Knowledge of Incoterms. **Computer Skills:** * Intermediate–Advanced Excel. * Power BI–Intermediate. * ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). **Benefits:** * Payroll contract from day one (General Regime). * Market-competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Life insurance under Peruvian law and other benefits. **Work Location:** La Victoria – Lima.
