Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, SGS employs over 95,000 people and operates a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Implement quality improvements in operational processes to achieve effectiveness of the Quality Management System. * Verify compliance with process controls and ensure quality of results. * Identify and address quality risks, impartiality issues, and process deviations. * Evaluate and manage the handling of failures, customer complaints, and nonconformities by applying the quality management system’s established tools. * Execute and oversee compliance with the Quality Management System programs across the company’s business and functional units. * Regularly update and evaluate quality indicator results and report findings to the immediate supervisor to support decision-making. * Prepare documentation related to certification, accreditation (expansion, reduction, and updating), authorization, and tendering processes, among others. * Participate in internal audits, homologations, supplier evaluations, and external audits either as an auditee or as a qualified technical expert, as applicable. * Develop, coordinate, and statistically validate data from services or processes requiring validation or verification, based on business needs. * Maintain the assigned area’s document management system up to date. * Supervise the application of various information systems across company locations to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or hierarchical superior, according to organizational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields. * Focus on mining products. * 05 or 03 years’ experience as Analyst or Senior Analyst in testing services for mining samples. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 17025 / 37001 standards. **Additional Information** * Birth and Christmas gifts for employees’ children. * Life insurance coverage effective from date of joining the organization. * Special leave entitlements. * Benefits through Caja los Andes and associated agreements.
