We invite you to apply and join our team at **La Bonbonniere** in the **Jorge Chavez Airport \- International Zone.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical or university degree in Business Administration or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. \- Availability for rotating shifts, including early-morning shifts. \- Experience managing restaurant staff. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Ensure proper overall operational functionality of the restaurant during your shift. \- Verify and manage appropriate staffing levels according to operational demand. \- Record and report staff incidents for accurate payroll processing. \- Supervise task execution and evaluate performance across various restaurant departments. \- Manage cash closing, including cash count and reconciliation of digital payments. \- Administer petty cash and cash float, ensuring proper usage and documented control. \- Perform other related duties assigned by the Operations Manager. **ROTATING SCHEDULES** Rotating schedules (including early-morning shifts) **BENEFITS:** \- Statutory benefits under the general labor regime. \- 20% discount at restaurants. \- Meals provided during working hours.
