Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Station Manager to oversee station operations and implement sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of service station operations 2. Implementation of sales strategies for profitability 3. Budget management and financial control of the service station We are looking for a Service Station Manager: **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Managing and administering station operations. \- Implementing sales strategies to further increase company profitability. \- Managing the budget, cash reconciliation, cost control, and petty cash of the service station. \- Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements you must meet:** \- Completed technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. \- Prior experience in managing service stations. \- Residency in areas adjacent to Carabayllo. \- Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** \- Fully on-site position. \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. \- Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits.
