Job Summary: We are seeking a Gas Station Manager to manage operations, implement sales strategies, and handle budgeting, with leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee station operations. 2. Implement sales strategies to increase profitability. 3. Handle budgeting, cash reconciliation, and cost control. We are looking for a Gas Station Manager: **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Managing and overseeing station operations. \- Implementing sales strategies to further increase company profitability. \- Managing the budget, cash reconciliation, cost control, and petty cash of the gas station. \- Performing other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements you must meet:** \- Completed technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. \- Prior experience managing fuel service stations. \- Residency in areas adjacent to Carabayllo. \- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** \- Fully on-site position. \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. \- Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits.
