To strengthen our team, we are hiring a **Highway Design Project Engineer\-Civil Engineer**, responsible for: Developing **geometric road designs**, analyzing **alignments**, **reviewing and modeling longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles**, and modeling 3D surfaces Preparing quantity takeoffs Supporting the preparation of technical documentation in compliance with current regulations (**MTC, AASHTO**, etc.) **What We Offer:******* A solid career plan and genuine development opportunities * Continuous training and collaborative work with top professionals * Participation in nationally and internationally recognized projects If you are passionate about challenges and want to contribute to transforming critical infrastructure for society, ***we would love to meet you!*** Requirements **Education:** * Registered and licensed Civil Engineer. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a specialist in highway geometric design. * Advanced proficiency in highway design software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Instram, etc.). * Knowledge of current MTC and AASHTO standards. Experience in preparing technical documentation for highway infrastructure projects will be valued, as well as complementary expertise in platforms such as **OpenRoads, InfraWorks**, or other environments oriented toward 3D modeling and visualization. Additionally, prior experience coordinating with disciplines such as **geotechnics, drainage, and structures**, as well as participation in rural, regional, or national road projects—particularly within public interventions or international cooperation frameworks—will be appreciated. ***Areas of Expertise:**** **Highway geometric design** * 3D surface and corridor modeling * Preparation of technical documentation * Topographic interpretation * Interdisciplinary coordination in highway infrastructure projects ***Skills and Competencies:*** * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, focused on technical quality and adherence to deadlines. * Proactivity, critical thinking, and willingness to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams are highly valued. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Organization, autonomy, and adaptability to changing contexts will be essential for optimal performance in this role.
