Position Summary: We are seeking a Specialist Engineer in Automation and Instrumentation to perform detailed engineering for a crushing plant in the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Design and review of control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA) and instrumentation We are currently seeking a **Specialist Engineer in Automation and Instrumentation** to participate in the development of a **Detailed Engineering Project for a Crushing Plant** for the mining sector. Requirements * Graduated and licensed in **Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Mechanical Engineering**. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in engineering projects for the mining sector. * Proven experience in developing **Detailed Engineering for automation and instrumentation systems for crushing plants, concentrator plants, or industrial facilities**. Experience in designing and reviewing: * Control systems based on **PLC, HMI, and SCADA**. * Process instrumentation (level, pressure, flow, temperature, speed, weight, and vibration). * Industrial communication architectures (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, or others). * Industrial networks and control cabinets. * Control loops, P\&ID diagrams, and loop diagrams. * I/O lists, control philosophy, and cause-effect matrices. * Knowledge of ISA, IEC standards, and applicable regulations for the mining sector. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent software. * Desired experience with **Siemens, Allen\-Bradley (Rockwell), Schneider, or ABB** systems. Responsibilities * Perform detailed engineering for the automation and instrumentation systems of the crushing plant. * Prepare calculation reports, technical specifications, data sheets, and instrumentation and control drawings. * Design the project's control and communication architecture. * Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Process disciplines to ensure engineering integration. * Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
