Job Summary: BIM Assistant/Modeler will support 3D model creation and information management in data environments, with a focus on industrial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities * Support in creating 3D models using various software tools and across disciplines. * Knowledge of BIM-related standards for generating technical documentation. * Information management within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Common Data Environment (CDE). **Professional Qualifications** * Certified Technician in Industrial Design. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, verified in projects applying BIM methodology. * Minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience as a BIM Assistant/Modeler in industrial projects; experience in mining is desirable. * Management capability and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in software such as: Revit (Intermediate), Plant 3D, Advance Steel, Civil 3D (Basic level preferred). * English language proficiency (preferred). * Familiarity with BIM 360 Docs, MS Project and/or Primavera. * Intermediate knowledge of sanitary, HVAC, and structural disciplines in Revit is considered an asset. **Competencies** * Excellence Orientation * Customer Orientation * Collaboration and Teamwork * Commitment to the Company * Innovation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
