Job Summary: We are seeking an Intermediate Field Civil Engineer to ensure compliance with scope, cost, time, and quality requirements for mining projects, managing communication with the client and monitoring resources and safety. Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting an Intermediate Field Civil Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals business line on one of our key site-based projects. **About the Role** * Ensures compliance with the defined scope, cost, time, and quality for civil discipline scopes (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures). * Maintains clear and effective communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client departments (Environmental and Operations). * Monitors contractor-provided resource compliance (human, equipment, and materials) for construction execution. * Promotes adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promotes implementation of quality controls during construction activities. * Reviews daily reports and contributes to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for civil discipline activities. * Reviews and validates specific work procedures. * Reviews contractor payment statements, verifying quantities completed. * Tracks daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules submitted by the contractor. **About You** * Civil Engineer – Licensed and registered with the professional engineering association. * 7–12 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operations phases, specifically in earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water structures. * 5 years of experience in mining (mandatory). * Knowledge of safety regulations. * Willingness and availability to work on-site (site-based). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
