Career development opportunity FULL-TIME FURNACE OPERATOR \- PUENTE PIEDRA An industrial plant with over 40 years in the market, dedicated to manufacturing parts, machinery, and accessories for the mining industry, seeks to hire a FULL-TIME FURNACE OPERATOR for our Puente Piedra facility. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1–2 years’ experience operating industrial foundry furnaces. Knowledge of metal melting temperature and time control. Good physical condition for handling materials and working in high-temperature environments. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and use of high-temperature-specific PPE. Resident of areas adjacent to Puente Piedra (Km 36\.5 of Panamericana Norte \- Fundición Bus Stop). RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and monitor the foundry furnace according to established procedures. Load the furnace with raw materials and control the metal melting process. Perform slag removal and basic maintenance of the furnace area. Coordinate with the molding department for pouring molten metal. Record casting times and ensure responsible use of energy resources. Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
