Diverse and inclusive environment Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is searching for top talent to fill the position of: Human Resources Generalist 0126 Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to the Glencore Group since 2013. It began operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of the Espinar province, as, in addition to fostering the creation of direct and indirect jobs and boosting the local economy through purchases from local companies, we also invest in social projects targeting communities within our area of influence. Requirements Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, and/or professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, or related fields. A Master’s degree or specialization in Human Resources or related areas is preferred. Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing Human Resources processes (e.g., personnel administration, service management, report preparation, etc.). Minimum one (1) year’s experience in Human Resources roles within mining or related industries. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of personnel administration processes (required). General knowledge of Human Resources processes (desirable). Knowledge of cost & budget management and administration of services related to Human Resources (required). Knowledge of performance indicators and reporting (required). Knowledge of labor legislation (desirable). **Language:** Intermediate English proficiency (desirable) **Computer Skills:** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (required), Power BI, and AI tools (required). **Driver’s License:** AIIA (desirable) – AI for 2 years (required).
