PLANT MANAGER ADR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an altitude of 4,800–4,900 msnm. Current work schedule: 20x10 (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Offered salary: NON-NEGOTIABLE **S/6,000.00 gross.** · **Degree holder, professionally licensed and registered** in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 10 years’ experience in gold ore heap leaching processes, ADR Plants (Adsorption, Desorption and Reactivation), doré bar harvesting and smelting for final doré bar production. · Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of hydraulics for lixiviant solution distribution and pumping networks. · Intermediate Office skills; Excel proficiency with pivot tables and macros is desirable, as well as AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, to meet productivity and OHSMS objectives.
