This is how we develop mining—always attuned to change, supported by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining industry that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support for Performance operations. * Collect and validate information from various operational areas. * Monitor and analyze commercial and operational KPIs (contractual terms, logistics costs, production, consumption, stock levels). * Prepare and update performance reports. * Analyze deviations between actual results and departmental objectives. * Automate reports and dashboards. * Prepare presentations for management. * Lead departmental projects. * Document departmental processes and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * At least one year of internship experience in commercial, planning, finance, operations, or data analysis areas. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Basic Portuguese (desirable). * Experience in mining, trading, or natural resources companies (desirable). **Additional Information** * Work Location: Lima Corporate Office.
