Focus on safety and compliance with procedures. **Mechanical Welding Technician** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment at the power house, water treatment ponds, and ADR plant. The position is located at UM Corihuarmi, situated at 4900 m.s.n.m. ***Technical Profile*** * Higher education in Industrial Mechanics and specialization in the mining sector. * More than 2 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. * Age between 20 and 45 years. * Experience using Microsoft Office. ***Generic Responsibilities*** * Adhere to the weekly preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedule. * Report progress on pending and completed activities. * Carry out scheduled assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as: stationary or vertical pumps, submersible pumps, agitators, gear reducers, vibratory systems, crushing equipment, belt alignment, pulleys, and repair applications for tanks, columns, and main hoppers, etc. * Verify compliance with established technical mechanical parameters according to the equipment manufacturer’s manual during operation. * Conduct constant inspections of active equipment at the power house, water treatment ponds, and ADR plant. * Perform maintenance tasks applying safety measures. * Maintain continuous communication and coordination with the area supervisor. * Accurately complete and submit work orders. * Accurately complete safety management tools. * Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks. ***Personal Profile*** * Strong interpersonal skills. * Decision-making ability. * Initiative. * Adaptability. * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Emotional stability.
