We are a metal-mechanical company manufacturing equipment and machinery for various industrial sectors, primarily serving the mining, agro-industrial, and steel industries. We are currently seeking **2 METAL-MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience (technical professionals) or relevant work experience. * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, rolling, fitting, assembly), lifting operations, and handling materials used in the industry. * Proficiency in reading boiler-making and fitting blueprints (intermediate and advanced levels); welding knowledge and types of steel. * Availability to work in the Ate District – Alt. Paradero Tagore. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review workshop blueprints to determine required tools and direct/indirect consumables, and to plan staff assignments. * Perform assembly, bracing, and on-site presentation according to each project’s complexity level, reporting to the supervisor. * Complete withdrawal vouchers for direct and indirect consumable resources as per planning. * Analyze, review, and complete the daily ATS form jointly with staff, based on assigned tasks. * Responsible for order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the production facility. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Additional mobility bonus of S/ 10 per day worked. * Opportunity to join a growing organization and develop alongside it. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.) and Saturday (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
