Risk analysis and proactive safety intervention We are looking for an ***SSO Preventionist*** responsible for training, evaluating, and recategorizing heavy machinery operators, ensuring high standards of safety, productivity, and efficient operations. **Education:** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health (registered with SUNEDU) * Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or Industrial Engineering. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar roles. * Direct supervision of high-risk work (heights, lifting, electrical safety, excavations, confined spaces, hot work). * Experience as an SSO Preventionist or SSOMA/HSE Supervisor. * Mining or industrial sector experience is desirable. * Valid experience from the date of degree or bachelor's completion. **Mandatory Courses:** * Certification in High-Risk Work. * Minimum 140 hours. * Maximum 3 years old. * May be substituted by a master's or doctoral degree in OSH (SUNEDU). **Key Knowledge and Responsibilities:** * Control of work permits and PETAR. * Field supervision. * Risk analysis and intervention regarding substandard acts/conditions. * Safety talks. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. **Other Requirements:** * Class A1 driver's license with minimum 2 years of validity. * Availability for on-site work at plant, 5x2 schedule. ***Benefits and Work Modality:*** * Enrollment in General Regime * 100% bonus * 100% CTS * 30 days vacation * Monthly payments * 5x2 schedule * Work location: Lima - Puente Piedra Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.2.00 per month Application Question(s): * Residence location and telephone number * Please indicate your salary expectation Work Location: On-site employment
