**Production and Quality Supervisor – Ate (Lima)** **Rafael & Gianinna Inversiones S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to supplying **grains, legumes, nuts, spices, and seasonings**, serving the **HORECA sector**, food distributors, and the **mining sector** throughout Lima, is seeking a **Production and Quality Supervisor**. **Location:** Ate – Lima **Employment Type:** MYPE payroll – direct hiring **Salary:** S/ 1800 to 2,500 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Meals:** Not included **Profile** * Professional in **Food Industries** or related fields. * **Age:** 24 to 35 years. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in production and/or quality within food processing plants. * Leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability. **Knowledge** * HACCP, GMP, POE, POES, PHS, and PGH. * Sanitary regulations: DIGESA, SENASA, and NTP. * Quality control, food safety, and traceability. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise the **Production Plan**, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Supervise **processing, portioning, and packaging** processes for dry foods. * Verify conformity of raw materials, packaging materials, and proper sealing. * Manage non-conforming products, rejections, and returns according to procedure. * Supervise production staff and conduct training on GMP and HACCP. * Verify hygienic-sanitary conditions, hand-washing stations, and plant orderliness. * Supervise compliance with the **quality and food safety system**, as well as product traceability. * Coordinate laboratory analyses with external labs and prepare quality certificates. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Application** Send your **documented CV** and **Unique Labor Certificate (CUL)** to **WhatsApp 968 567 488**.
