**Date:** Jan 5, 2026 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking a **Shift Plant Manager – Mining Unit:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Know and comply with the Quality Plan, as well as the Process Plant Operating Parameters for producing doré bars. * Monitor the production process and take corrective actions in case of deviations. * Propose, develop, and implement improvements to optimize metallurgical processes and reduce costs. * Supervise and manage operational activities. * Deliver and lead training sessions on Quality, Safety, and Environment for personnel. * Identify and manage risks and hazards within the work area. * Plan short-, medium-, and long-term activities for the area. * Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Cost control and database management. **Professional Profile:** * Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. * 3 years of experience in gold leaching metallurgical processes (PAD, Carbon ADR, Merrill Crowe, Effluent and Acid Water Treatment, Leaching Metallurgical Laboratory) (Hydrometallurgy). * Intermediate English level (minimum). * Advanced Office skills (Excel) ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any type of payment to participate in its selection processes.
