Potential career path. **Job Description** Jalma Soluciones Integrales SAC, a Peruvian company specializing in industrial, commercial, and mining electrical services and construction, is seeking an **SSOMA and SIG Supervisor** with experience in **homologations, document management, risk prevention, and operational control**. The position entails implementing and monitoring the SSOMA and SIG systems applicable to retail operations and industrial projects, ensuring documentary compliance, field control, and managerial autonomy per service or project. The ideal candidate will support an operation that combines retail homologation and documentary traceability requirements with low- and medium-voltage (BT/MT) electrical work. **Role Summary** Oversees Jalma’s SSOMA management and SIG control across projects and Lima-based operations, ensuring valid homologations, operational documentation, work permits, client compliance, and timely closure of findings and incidents. Reports to the Senior Operations Coordinator and operates with high autonomy to enable safe, rapid, and scalable execution. **Key Job Objectives** * Implement compliance with Law No. 29783. * Support implementation and management of the ISO tri-standard. * Maintain 100% validity of critical SSOMA documentation prior to each mobilization. * Ensure 100% of critical works commence with approved preventive controls. * Guarantee full coverage of operational induction and training. * Investigate and close 100% of incidents and near-misses with full traceability. * Deliver SSOMA/SIG documentary evidence required by operations and clients on time. * Consolidate the SIG using indicators and periodic internal audits. **Academic and Professional Requirements** * Technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Combination of technical education and hands-on experience with electrical construction and service contractors will be valued. **Technical Knowledge and Tools** * Specialization or diploma in OSH, SSOMA, or HSE. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**: pivot tables, filters, data validation, KPI tracking, control matrices, and reporting. * Knowledge of document control and documentary traceability. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of maintenance, technical services, or facilities processes. * Desired: current or recent training in IPERC/ATS, incident investigation, high-risk work, first aid, fire extinguisher use, permit-to-work systems, and **LOTO**. * Desired certifications: Internal Auditor for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001. * Desired proficiency in Power BI, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and collaborative tools. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years of total professional experience** in SSOMA, OSH, or HSE within contractor firms, construction, maintenance, electromechanical, or technical service companies. * Minimum **2 years of specific experience** in SSOMA, OSH, or HSE management for retail accounts, multi-site operations, or technical services/facilities. * Minimum **1 year of specific experience** in homologations and/or ISO certifications and document management. **Desirable Specific Experience** * Implementation and compliance with Law No. 29783 and SST system document management. * Hazard identification, risk assessment, operational controls, work permits, and activity-based risk analysis. * Electrical safety in BT/MT work, lockout-tagout (LOTO), hazardous energy control, PPE/PCP, and verification of safe conditions prior to commencement. * Incident investigation, planned inspections, preventive observations, internal audits, and finding closure. * Homologations, file validation, SCTR control, EMO, training records, certificates, and expiration tracking. * Development and monitoring of matrices, instructions, forms, reports, and indicators. **Soft Skills** * Operational autonomy. * Organizational and documentary discipline. * Clear written and verbal communication. * Multi-site coordination capability. * Client orientation. * Sense of urgency. * Follow-up and closure capability. * Stress tolerance. * Negotiation and conflict management skills. * Collaborative work with field and office teams. **Benefits** \- Benefits as stipulated by law under the Microenterprise regime. \- Semi-annual bonus equal to 50% of salary, based on performance. \- Join a company experiencing continuous growth. \- Potential career path. \- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., subject to client needs. \- Work location: Pueblo Libre.
