Requirements: Graduate of technical or university programs in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions within fast food, restaurant, or retail sectors (mandatory). Intermediate Excel skills. Availability to work rotating shifts (opening, mid-shift, and closing). Responsibilities: Conduct inventory checks. Ensure compliance with administrative processes. Maintain care, upkeep, order, and cleanliness of store areas, products, and equipment. Supervise staff duties across different shifts. Propose improvement initiatives to increase sales.
