Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring proper control of assets, access, inventories, technological resources, and the company’s administrative requirements. Additionally, guarantee the proper functioning of agencies and offices, contributing to operational continuity, organizational order, and internal process efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Maintain up-to-date fixed asset inventory for the company, ensuring control, traceability, and proper usage. * Manage digital access, institutional passwords, Wi-Fi networks, and staff credentials. * Generate, update, and deactivate access rights according to employee onboarding or offboarding, in coordination with HR and Operations. * Ensure security and confidentiality of corporate access and technological resources. * Monitor proper operation of ticket printers and operational equipment at agencies and sales points. * Coordinate agency openings, implementations, and closures, ensuring full operational functionality of spaces. * Supervise installation of furniture, signage, equipment, and necessary resources for operational functionality. * Maintain documentary control of the vehicle fleet (SOAT, RTV, insurance, TUC, and other mandatory documents). * Monitor validity and condition of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and safety equipment across units. * Manage procurement, supply, and stock control for the pantry and VIP Lounge. * Consolidate internal requirements and coordinate necessary acquisitions for institutional supply. * Track inventories, product turnover, and consumption control. * Administer corporate equipment, mobile lines, digital access, and institutional technological resources. * Manage allocation, replacement, and control of mobile phones, POS devices, Culqi equipment, and other operational devices. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of furniture, equipment, and administrative resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, operational, or documentary support roles. * Knowledge of document management, inventory control, and asset administration. * Experience in operational coordination and tracking of internal requirements. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information. **We Offer** * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll from Day 1 * Biweekly payments * Career development path * Positive work environment Join us and become part of a leading interprovincial transportation company!
