Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Assistant for MSF CREATIVE to design graphic content, create visual assets for social media, and coordinate the graphic identity of events. Coordinate the graphic identity for webinars, trade fairs, and events MSF CREATIVE is a full-service marketing agency currently seeking a **Design Assistant** for its **Surco** office (hybrid model). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and/or Technical or University degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in audiovisual production and graphic design. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CANVA, and OBS. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends. * Familiarity with WordPress (uploading and editing graphic content) * Basic knowledge of Google Ads * Availability to work hybrid in Surco (near Benavides Bridge), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design graphic content for digital publications, campaigns, printed materials, branding, and institutional presentations. * Submit material and resource requirements to the Marketing Coordinator for each budget period. * Create, adapt, and retouch visual assets for social media, websites, WhatsApp Business, and advertising platforms. * Design assets for Google Ads and programmatic media. * Edit images and videos for various formats (social media, websites, physical media). * Document internal and external events, teams, or deliveries through photography or video. * Coordinate the graphic identity for webinars, trade fairs, events, or activations. * Provide visual support for loyalty campaigns, product launches, or promotions. * Develop and update digital profiles and commercial catalogs. * Submit monthly reports on the visual performance of assigned social media accounts, including analysis of assets, engagement, and visual impact. * Participate in creative meetings and contribute graphic proposals aligned with the target audience. * Ensure consistent application of the visual identity across all channels. * Assist in preparing briefs for printing or external production. * Coordinate with visual vendors or printing companies. * Support complementary tasks as required by the Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work model: **4 days remote / 2 days onsite**, within an excellent work environment based on mutual respect and goal achievement.
